This course instructs Soldiers how to function as a Skill Level 1 member of a Fire Support Team.
Soldiers recieve instruction in the areas of radio and wire communications, map reading, observed fire, operator training on communications equipment, tactics. Course instruction includes a working knowledge of the Fire Support Vehicle (FSV), and the duties and responsibilities of a vehicle operator.
Course Prerequisites: You must be active Army or reserve component enlisted personnel. Soldiers reporting for training must be physically qualified or possess a valid waiver according to AR 40-501 and meet the physical standards of AR 600-9. All Soldiers must meet the requirements of AR 611-201 for MOS 13F. All Soldiers must have initiated at minimum an interim secret security clearance. Attending Soldiers must complete IDT Phase I training prior to the ADT Phase II training. Reserve Component personnel attending the course must start the Phase II training course within two years of completion of Phase I 13F10.
- Make sure you bring a properly filled out Pre-Execution Checklist signed by your commander with you to the course
- The minimum PUHLES score required to attend this course is 111111
Security Clearance: ALL SOLDIERS MUST HAVE INITIATED AT MINIMUM AN INTERIM SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE.
